FishTanked is a webcomic written and illustrated by Joe Angrisano. The series was first produced in 2003 and saw only a limited run of comics produced. During the course of its diminutive run the comic was featured in several major publications, including USA Today, The Register, The Guardian and Web User Magazine. It was also mentioned briefly on BBC Radio and was a Yahoo UK Pick on the online directory Yahoo.co.UK.
FishTanked has returned to normal production as of April 1st 2009. To mark this event, the entire catalog of 12 original strips has been digitally remastered and a surplus of nearly fifteen new strips has been created to ensure a timely weekly release schedule. Starting the week of April 1st, new strips will appear on FishTanked.com every Monday and the FishTanked blog will be updated on an almost daily schedule.
